OWH Christmas Card! Blog Hopping!


This is my very first Crafting Blog...AND my very first Blog Hop! I am excited to participate in the OWH Blog Hop! I hope that you are having fun and are finding some inspiration!
I absolutely love Operation Write Home! I love making cards for OWH, it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling knowing it will make another person feel warm and fuzzy too! I must admit that it is hard to get into the Christmas Spirit when it is a blazing 107 degrees still in Sunny Phoenix. So I just crank up the AC and pretend it is cold outside! (Tee Hee)
I made this card with CAS (Clean and Simple) in mind. I hope I captured CAS, I have been paying attention to OWH Wall and OWH TV!

    That is an adorable tree! And if you need cooler weather for inspiration come to Michigan where I live, it was 39 yesterday! :)

    Great 3-D effect, and the brown ribbon tree trunk adds even more texture. And I like the way the red strip under your sentiment picks up the red in the pattern paper. Very nice card!
